how i practice

hakomi

Hakomi is a mindful, body-centered approach that invites us to slow down and listen deeply to what the body already knows. Through gentle curiosity and compassion, we uncover the unconscious patterns and emotional imprints that shape how we relate to ourselves and others. In this process, the body becomes a guide—offering wisdom, healing, and the possibility of profound self-discovery.

emdr

I use EMDR as a powerful tool for releasing the emotional weight of past experiences and allowing the nervous system to return to balance. EMDR helps the mind and body integrate what once felt overwhelming, creating space for clarity, calm, and renewed inner strength. It’s a deeply restorative process that honors the body’s natural capacity to heal.

ego states/parts work

In parts work, we explore the inner landscape of the self—meeting the many parts that carry our pain, protection, wisdom, and love. Each part has a story and a purpose, and when we approach them with compassion, they begin to soften and trust. This work supports inner harmony, helping clients reconnect with their core self and live from a place of authenticity and wholeness.

mindfulness

Mindfulness is at the heart of my practice. It invites presence, acceptance, and awareness of the moment just as it is. Through mindfulness, we learn to observe the ebb and flow of thoughts and emotions without judgment, reconnecting to the stillness that exists beneath it all. It’s a path toward self-study, self-understanding, peace, and a deeper sense of alignment.

reiki

Reiki is a gentle, intuitive energy practice that supports emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. I use reiki to help clear blockages, calm the nervous system, and restore balance. Many clients describe feeling grounded, lighter, and more connected to themselves after a session. Reiki complements traditional therapy beautifully, offering a sacred space for the body and spirit to realign.

meditation

Meditation is a sacred practice that invites stillness, clarity, and connection to the deeper self. In my work, I integrate guided and intuitive meditation to help clients cultivate inner calm and reconnect with their innate wisdom. Meditation allows space for healing energy to flow freely—bringing insight, grounding, and a greater sense of spiritual alignment. It’s both a practice and a way of being, supporting clients in finding peace within and beyond the therapy room.
